Everyone needs a marker. Our marker is National Standards and the value we add over and above those standards.
We can see that we are above and beyond in the way we lead through example in the community in terms of courtesy and respect for each other, which is noticed from the comments we get when we go out.
We can see from the enthusiasm for reading and language of our little ones that their vocabulary develops at an alarming rate and their reading ability is well ahead of their peers.
We can see academically that we rank well above average by doing standardised tests at various ages in a variety of subjects, putting a large percentage of our pupils in the top 10% of the population.
Pupils’ attainment is judged to be excellent in relation to national age-related expectations.
