On Tuesday, Years 2-6 took part in a sponsored one mile Mini Marathon, in aid of GOSH (Great Ormond Street Hospital).

GOSH is currently fundraising for a state-of-the-art Children’s Cancer Centre, so all funds raised will be going directly to helping young children with cancer.

Bernard Bear was there supporting the children and staff who took part in a whole school warm up before venturing onto the field for the main event. It may have been a soggy route but the sun shone and everyone participated enthusiastically. Medals and certificates were awarded before a selection of biscuits and cupcakes were enjoyed. Well done to all our runners!
