As part of their topic on living things, the Reception children have been looking at life cycles and having carefully nurtured some very precious chrysalises, they were delighted to find at break time today some beautiful butterflies had emerged! The class have been recording the changes and next week, will be sequencing the photos they have been taking. When asked what they thought of the butterflies the children said they were “wonderful”, I think we can all agree.
