The children in Year 2 this half term are studying ‘People’ and in Art, they are investigating different artists and the theme of portraits. In this week’s lesson they had great fun learning about Frida Kahlo and dressing up to create their own ‘Frida’ style self-portrait photograph to be developed into a painting. Don’t they look amazing – we can’t wait to see the paintings!
